It is absolutely recommended to hand-wash your Gigi product, with the greatest care. Use a cleaning product for wool and cold water. For the wringing out, proceed by pressions, lay it flat on a sponge towel and put it back in original shape. NO WASHING MACHINE - NO DRYER

FOREST
The consumer, unilaterally and without justification, may withdraw from the contract, with no penalty other than the direct cost of returning the goods supplied. Once we deliver the order, you must check if your order is correct, in case you have made a mistake in your order, we will provide a solution at the moment.
If the product arrives damaged, we will exchange it for a new one without cost, neither for the product nor for shipping. To report a defective shipment or a product problem, or to file a complaint or claim, contact us at gigi.wool.bcn@gmail.com
In 24 hours you will receive a response from GIGI BCN. Remember that you must send us a photograph of the defective product or package in poor condition. Once we review your claim, a carrier will pick up the defective product. For our part, once we have the product, we will check the damage and send you a new one, as long as we verify that the defect has been manufactured.
Returns will not be accepted for misuse of the product. You will have a period of 24 hours to return an order.
To resolve any questions about the transport and delivery process, you can contact us by phone or email indicating the order number.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and with the same amount of product served.
In the event that the order is missing a product that you requested, this or these products will be delivered free of charge to your home. In the event that your order was paid in full, the missing products will be delivered and it will not be necessary to pay anything. In the event that your order is charged without including the missing products, upon delivery of these products at your home you must pay them.
Orders
Orders must be made following the steps that will be marked by GIGI BCN where you can choose the product and the quantity of what you want to buy. As in any other online store, you can select a product, select its characteristics and add it to the cart. You can continue shopping or finish your purchase.
The purchase is made in a very simple way, you only have to add the shipping address and then select the type of shipping and the payment method. You can buy as a guest (without registration) or register to have a user account GIGI BCN.

Once we receive your order and the payment has been made, we begin the order process. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a message by e-mail and SMS from the transport agency giving you information about your shipment.
